Shared Equity Loan - Can the Value go down?
Hello all, Quick question, When you come to sell a property, if the value has increased then amount you pay back increases to. So the loan value is floating against the value of the share. Consolidation Loan
I'd be grateful for other money savers' sense, because in January 2015, I appeared to lose mine. My husband and I took on the mortgage to my mother's home after my father died. That was fine and all in the long term plan (dressed up as pension). Anyway, my brother then asked me for money to invest in his business venture…

Car finance 40/50% LTV
I have £2000 cash but was thinking about perhaps looking at cars around £4-5k and financing the gap. I don't have the best credit history although my debt is low and black marks are fairly historic, a bank loan wouldn't be an option for me I don't think. Is it best to go straight to a dealer?
