Protected Trust Deed Scotland
Has anyone got experience of one of these? It is something we are considering as we have nearly £50k unsecured debt (bad I know) and don't want to lose our house. Just wanted to know if there was anyone out there is well into the process that can offer any tips or advice.

DRO do they need 3 months bank statements?
I am worried because even though I am on income support I have been silly and spent on take outs and ebay etc instead of bills which is one reason I am in arrears. Can they refuse me with a DRO because of my sillyness? :S Sorry I meant to ask what they are looking for in these statements?

Right so a year ago DROs came onto the market. Did anyone on here get one in April/May 2009 if so how has it beene have you finished it yet?
Anybody been discharged from a DRO yet?
Hi, due for AD on DRO on the 14th of this month and havent heard anything from the IS since the original confirmation letter. Has anyone been discharged yet? Just wondering if I am to expect a letter to tell me I have officialy been discharged or a new SOA etc. Thanks
