Hi, My brother has an ISA with the Kent Reliance, currently paying 5.76% per annum. He has just today topped it up with the full 2008 - 2009 allowance against my advice, as i feel there are better products around, but he wants to keep all of his funds in the same product. Anyway, i am wondering, if he moved it, where would…

Northern Rock Fixed Rate ISA?
I'm looking for an ISA that: Allows transfers in Allows withdrawals with no penalty or notice Offers a decent fixed rate So far the Northern Rock Fixed Rate seems about the best option as everything else seems to be variable rate, or locks you in or doesn't accept transfers. A&L Old ISA
Someone I know took out a cash ISA as a new customer incentive at a good rate a couple of years back. It appears that they are still paying that incentive rate and allowing new contributions to it at that rate. Pretty good deal, if it's all as they say? Has anyone else any experience of this?

New ISAs for old
I've read this thread and HMRC guidelines on opening cash ISAs and I'm still confused. I know you can only open one per tax year to contribute new money to it. However, I can't find much about opening cash ISAs strictly for moving funds from existing cash ISAs, in order to get a better return. If so, do you have to close…

New cash ISA for 08/09 and transfer existing ISAs?
I'm looking to open an ISA for the new tax year (full 3.6k). I have two existing ISAs (both 3k), one at 6.05% and one at 5.50%. What is the best option?
