Hi, I have just put £3,000 into the BMW mini cash ISA. Am I correct in saying I still have £4,000 to invest in another? If so does anyone have any recommendations for a maxi ISA?

Nationwide ISA Interest Tier
Both the Members ISA and Instant Access ISA have different rates of interest depending on the amount deposited. For example it says interest is 6% for over £25,000. But does that mean only amounts in excess of £25,000 get 6% or does the whole amount get 6% if the total is over £25,000 ?
