Here's a new idea for car insurance
Insurers think that by charging large premiums that less people will drive. I think that insurance companies should charge an amount, say £3000 and pledge that if you are claim free after the year they will refund £2000. Surely more people would have insurance and drive more carefully to ensure their refund.:j
