Non Receipt of prize
Hi all does anyone know how i go about reporting a company for non receipt of prize. I have been waiting over 2 months now for a Pump It Up DVD which looks like i am not going to get. I know it's only a DVD but i was looking forward to it. I would be grateful for anyones help. Thanks Emma:o

Just had a really peeved neighbour turn up with an incorrectly addressed parcel which had been delivered today. Which had glooped white gunk all over his doormat. Had to apologise profusely and gave him £20 for a new doormat - he'd tried cleaning it and it was ruined. Opening the parcel and it's a whole load of tresemme…
