Hi all
does anyone know how i go about reporting a company for non receipt of prize. I have been waiting over 2 months now for a Pump It Up DVD which looks like i am not going to get. I know it's only a DVD but i was looking forward to it. I would be grateful for anyones help.
Thanks

Hi! Although I have never had this problem, after seeing your post I went to the Getting Started thread and geeked up on the subject. It says there that you should send an email to the company or phone them and if nothing happens try again. If you are still unsuccessful in your quest to get your prize you should email this address: complaints@isp.org.uk They investigate the company and within a short period of time you should receive an apology letter and your prize. Always remain polite and keep any correspondance between you and the company in question. I hope this helps and you receive your prize!Trying to be a savvy student!
I comp every now and again.

really helpful post as I've been chasing 2 prizes, one for about 6 weeks & another for 3 months & they just completely ignore my messages. I think I'll email them again saying that I will report them to the isp if they fail to contact me. Thanks for the info & hope you get your prize soon emmaPositivity is the key to success0
