Glamour, Intensive Mask instead of Dry Shampoo

I know someone will tell me to check the FAQs but I was looking for more of a personal reply :rotfl: How long would you leave it before contacting a company about a prize that hasn't arrived? I didn't receive any contact saying I'd won the prize in the first place, and didn't know I'd won until 3 weeks after the end date…
