I know someone will tell me to check the FAQs but I was looking for more of a personal reply :rotfl:
How long would you leave it before contacting a company about a prize that hasn't arrived?
I didn't receive any contact saying I'd won the prize in the first place, and didn't know I'd won until 3 weeks after the end date when I spotted the winners list by chance and chased them up. They then emailed back asked for my address and said they'd send the prize immediately. But that was weeks ago and still nothing, would you email again?

What did you win?0

Personally i would allow 28 days from the day they said they would send it, after that i would email again suggesting they sent it fast or I would contact the relevant people to complain0

I normally wait a month "from being contacted" then send a polite reminder.
If they said they were posting straight away, then another polite email surely couldnt do any harm just mention how you dont mean to keep on but you thought you would have recieved it alreadyAsk.. Believe.. Receive..

I won from londonnet and it took quite a while for it to be received, although I did finally get it last week, and noticed others on IWIWIW have waited a while for prizes from this company too. But an email can't hurt.**Thanx to all competition posters!**

I just wondered if it was something that other people on here had won so they could tell you if they received theirs.
If I were you I'd try the company again, and mention about moving house as maybe it'll hurry them up a bit.0 -
I waited absolutley ages for my hot air balloon flight vouchers, and it did take a lot of hasseling to finally get them, but i think you should at least wait 28 days and then see!0
