Want to buy a Kindle but torn as to whether to get it from Amazon or John Lewis. With JL I am attracted by their 2 years guarantee but then again it is an amazon product and I have had great customer service from Amazon when things went wrong but it only comes with the 1 year guarantee if I get it from them.
