FTB House needs a new roof
FTB and found the house for me, ready to make an offer. The only issue is the roof looks like it's going to need replacing. Already using nearly all of my savings to pay for the deposit means I don't think i'll be able to afford the repairs myself, although i could afford to include it in the cost of the house. Should I…

Purchasing a BTL Outright, Good idea?
I have never owned a BTL before, but with savings rates so low I thought it may be something to look at... How much for a 1 bedroom flat move?
Previously I sold almost everything and bought again when I moved between rentals. It has been 3.5 years since my last move and this time I am moving with everything from a typical 1-bedroom flat that belongs to 1 person and a cat to another roughly 20 miles away. Without a doubt I will need x2 men (cat can't help) and a…
