....It is for Brittania in any event. I have noticed that mortgage query calls to Britannia now cost 4p per minute, plus a call set up fee of 6p. When I took out my mortgage with them five years ago it was via a national rate number 01538 393113. How times have changed :mad: Do any other lenders have similar charges?
