I have agreed to let my house to a friend but am unsure of how to proceed in terms on a tennancy agreement deposit etc. Do I pay tax on the rental even if it does not cover he mortgage (short by £450 p/m) This is all new to me so would apprecaite any guidance

What % commission y asking?
We had an agreement for commission of 1.25% with Haart. Haart have now told us, unless we agree to 1.6%, they will terminate the agreement. They said Head Office is not allowing anything less than 1.6%. Anybody else know whether this really is company policy?
