Hello, First post here. Very interesting site. I see that it's mentioned that when selling your home each bedroom should have a bed in it. Quick question though. I have a fold away bed that I was considering using as a permanent bed in one of the bedrooms. Would that suffice or is it better to go for a "proper" bed? Thanks
