How to do floor plans for private sales
Just asked about virtual tours and then I thought can I get floor plans done. And are they worth getting done as most EA's seem to push them as a big benefit?

Where to get virtual tours for private selling
I wonder if anyone has had a vitual tour done to help them selling privately. Some of the tours on EA's web sites are very poor and show the flaws with the houses. Some are very slow downloading but surely there are some good ones out there.
