Is annual CGT allowance cumulative?
I believe there is a tax free allowance of £9200 on the profit made when selling an overseas house. If I buy a house this year with the intention of selling in 5 years time, can I claim £9200 allowance every year so that I have accumlated a £46000 CGT ememption when I eventually sell?
