RSlimming World DIY
Need to lose weight but I haven't really got the time to attend weekly classes and I can't afford the lump sum to follow the plan on line. I have thought about joining a class to get the info and perhaps buy one of the books for syns value etc and do it myself this way. Is this feasible?

Incredible pain after wasp sting!
I trod on a wasp about 4 hours ago and I'm in incredible pain. I have been stung in the past but this is much worse. It was definitely a wasp because it was still stuck into me when I looked at my foot! Keeping my big toes dry in the rain
I've just had minor surgery on both my big toes in the hope of curing my ingrown toenails. I now have to soak my feet in warm salt water and change the dressings every day until they heal, and not put pressure on the nails. I have been given a pair of (hand) gloves to put over my toes while I shower, and then I change the…

Dental Implant + Sinus Lift
The advice below in italics was given to me by dentist. I have a lot of time for him, but the problem is that he needs to involve a specialist and this person never seems to get back and I am tired of running after them, especially is it costs a lot more than a pint of milk. Can anyone suggest another person(s) who could…
