Asda charging for carrier bags?
I was in Asda earlier and noticed the lack of carrier bags on the self-service tills. I asked the assistant for some carriers but would only give me 1 at a time. It transpires that Asda are going to start charging for carrier bags so they were rationing them. A bit bizzarre really! Anyone heard this?:(

Nature Valley - 10 for 12 - Beware
Just bought three packets Nature Valley Crunchy bars at Tesco (three for two offer). I love them :) Opened up one of the boxes - normally have six packs of two in them - to find there was only five packs of two in there. Thought it was a mis-pack at first, but no. It stated on the outside 10 bars (5x2) :(

if anyone has a herons freezer centre near them i have been getting eggs for a pound(15) but today i got a bag labelled mishape bacon . it had small of bacon joint bits . i know its a bit hit and miss but if you look at the bag and see big bits in it get it. mine's in the crock pot now not bad for 1.50

Noticed this last night in Asda (Dagenham store), grabbed 3 boxes, and noticed a shelf load still on sale today. note: it's just the 39 pack and only the Max-in-1's, some of the SEL's were marked "deleted", some not, but at that works out at less than 4p a tablet so well worth it!
