It's pretty nasty stuff, though. I can think of better things to spend the 15 quid on, although without the name champagne on the label.

Thank you, that is a good price for Lanson. I prefer Moet but I certainly wouldn't class it as 'pretty nasty stuff' it is much nicer than the supermarket brands or cheaper champagnes you can get. It goes down nicely with orange juice at Christmas so can't be all that bad

Got to disagree with that as well - Lanson's a very reliable brand for champagne and especially good for £15 a bottle.
