Finding our airline
We have been unable to find our airline to make a claim. Leaving Birmingham international airport to Heraklion Crete due out 13/9/2011 at 20.00 also our return flight 21/9/2011 03.10 both of our flights delayed over 4 hours. We had to pick up our tickets from the Olympic holiday rep.:( Can anyone help?

Virgin refused claim
I have been refused my claim for delay of 24 hours by Virgin Atlantic for a flight from LHR to Delhi Oct 2010 on the grounds of "extraordinnary circumstances which were beyond the control of Virgin". The flight took off and was turned around over Europe due to a technical fault with the VMO indication system. Is this fair ?
