Avro Energy rip off
I have seen 300 units of gas added to my latest bill despite providing accurate meter readings at the end of the month. I'm not sure what's going on and whether anyone can comment. I'm definitely following up with them. Just wonder if I'm the only one they're trying to screw over.
E.On Compensation.
Hi everyone, I just wanted to say that even though my experiences with E.On over the last year since I joined them have been pretty bad and my messages to them were ignored multiple times, I have today received compensation, and an apology, following my switch to another supplier. My gable end overhangs around 8 inches up to the boundary line so ever since the house was built 30 years ago i have to go onto next doors driveway to open the boxes and take a reading. Western Power or Cadent would also have to walk on their driveway if their was an…
British Gas Refunds
Whilst going through my father in laws past bills from British Gas I noticed something on a few of them that they stated as a 'Refund'. This refund was exactly the same amount as he was in credit on the previous bill so I thought they were just giving it back to him. Then I realised the amount was actually being added to…
