Retrospective Charging of Electricity
I looked on line and switched my electricty to npower back to July 2008 - I have never received a bill or confirmation of this until after I moved out of the house I was occupying and now they are trying to charge me from July 2008 to October 2009 when I vacated the premises - can they do this.
