DSR score
Lurking on the board, I have often seen mentioned DSR scores of 4.something to refer to how well someone is performing as a seller. However, when I look on the DSRs I see whole number such as 58, 72 etc. Am I looking in the wrong place or do I need to do some sort of mathematical calculation? Thanks
