Be sure a debt is paid off!
A bit of a weird one, I had a joint account with an ex purely for outgoing household bills. My ex had control and would not allow me access and on split and getting a credit report I discovered he ramped a 1,500 overdraft which I refused to pay back for obvious reasons. The question I have is after 3 years he is claiming…

What are my options?
Hi there all. Over the past few years I have been struggling with debt on my credit cards.
