Capital One Default Removal Request
I sent a Default removal request 2 weeks ago to Capital One they replied today saying : "You requested a copy of the default notice we issued on your account. Under section 78 we are not required to provide a copy of the default notice and statement of default". Is this true????? What should I do next??? Cheers
