Bank demanding mortgage settlement?!
Help! I have a personal loan & overdraft with my bank as well as my mortgage. I have added the loan & the o/d to my dmp and intended to continue to pay the mortgage as a priority debt. Today I have received a demand for immediate payment of the whole mortgage amount. Can they do this?
