I started my job in Jan 2010. Was based over-seas prior to that. My tax code is BR. In the received P60, there is a column for TAX DEDUCTED (R=Net refund). I have £1872. Does this mean that I can apply for tax refund. Any advise will be appreciated as I am new to the tax system.
