American tax back?
We've just come back from Florida and one of the staff at Disney mentioned we should be able to get our tax back if we keep our receipts. Has anyone heard of this? I asked at the airport in Sanford and was advised this is given back at Glasgow Airport but I didn't see where to go when we landed! Is this right?

CGT and Allowable Loss
Can anyone please advise if the losses incurred on the cessation of a limited company in 2004 can be put against taxable gains in 2006/7. We had to disolve a business of which I had a 50% share with total loss in excess of £120,000. Would this cancel out CGT liability and could any losses be carried over to future gains?
