Given your comment, it is clear that the accountants fees are fully deductible from your business profits, so after tax relief the taxman will be donating 22% or 40% towards your bill. Many accountants are also unaware of the following concession:

You will need to consider for accounting purposes in which year the accounting fees should be deducted. If they accrued over earlier years ypu may find you are entitled to an automatic reduction in your tax bills for the accounting fees payable.0
