Barclaycard £50 Credit for bad press
Just rang Barclaycard to cancel after 18 months 0% purchases rate ran out. The man on the phone was trying to persuade me to stay with balance transfers etc. I said that I wasn't happy with the negative publicity re LIBOR etc. He then offered me £50 credit on my account to "appease" me. Student Credit Card limit
**Title meant to say interest free period** Basically I've had a student credit card for awhile but have never had the need to use it until now. Is it best to pay off credit cards straight away or wait for a statement?
In terms of what is best for increasing your credit score, is it best to pay off a creditcard straight away when making daily/weekly purchases or is it better to wait for a statement with a payment deadline then pay it off in one big payment, or does it not make a difference?:huh::huh: Thanks in advance, Chris M
