Lloyds TSB card charges
Hi I had a Lloyds TSB Trustcard which I last used in 2005 and always paid off in full. In 2007 they sent a new card and charged me £35. If you fill up with petrol from a Shell station this card gives a 3% refund and for all other purchases it refunded 1%. From October 1st this will change and refunds for filling up at Shell stations will reduce to just 1% and other purchases will only realise a refund of 0.25%. What a poor show!

This is necessary as Abbey does not contact you when the rate changes and you only receive a statement once a year. I was receiving 0.3% on the ISA…

I'm in the process of getting an Arrangement to Pay marker removed from a closed account that shows on Equifax, as no arrangement was ever made and contractual payments continued on schedule.
