Am I protected against cheque fraud
Hi don't know if I am in right thread, but can anyone help, I have recently issued a cheque to a fraudulant company who has cashed the cheque, can I claim back my money. Company is registard with companies house but there last accounts were dormant. Can anyone give me any advice on where i stand with the banks. genesco
