Capital One Warning
OH has just received an invitation to apply for a Capital One Card with 0% interest for 18 months. A quick glance and you have to spend £100 in purchases (and not get refunded) in the first 3 months otherwise you only get 6 months at 0%. Which cashback card do people have?
I spent about £4000 on my Amex Platinum and have received some cashback a couple of days ago. Egg Anniversary Period
Hi All. My anniversay period if coming up and in anticipation of this I emailed Egg. They have told me that there is now a 2.5% handling fee with no upper limit. Mine is one of the cards taken out about 18 months ago. Does this mean the Egg CC and the anniversay period is now of no benefit to me. Thanks.

Why pay highest interest rate first?
One quick question... I keep hearing "pay off the card with the highest interest rate first". Why? My Vanquis card has the highest interest rate (about 27% I think), but I only owe £200 on it. My BarclayCard has the lowest interest rate (18% I think), but I owe £1,600 on it. Surely my BarclayCard is costing me the most…
