Help ... Dect Phone fault but 18 months old .. what ae my rights ?
Summary is .. Bought a BT Dect Phone from Tesco 18 months ago .. hardly used (I tend to use mobile) but LCD screen on phone has a fault. I have the receipt (plus box etc). Instructions suggest that guaranteed for 12 month ... will Tesco refund / replace - how should I approach ?
