DWP Department of Work and Pensions.
Are there any people out there that have had problems with the DWP losing Pension , savings or any other information that you have sent. You know you've sent it but they deny receiving it. You don't have the option of having it signed for because it all goes to a PO Box number which can not be signed for.

I have received a note from the council that I owe £300 in overpayment on our housing benefit. Work Capability Assessment - Requesting Medical Report
Hello, I had my WCA for my ESA claim this week. It didn't go too well. I felt that the assessor (a doctor) didn't really allow me the time to discuss the difficulties I have. She didn't allow me time to process the question, and prepare an answer, before prompting me/pushing me for an answer. For example, when asking "what…

I'm a single mother of three working full time. At the moment I only claim child benefit and child tax credits. I'm thinking of cutting my hours to part time - say around 20 a week.
