my mother in law might have to go into a nursing home that is run by the council not a privately owned one.what will happen with he money in her bank account.most of this money has come from benefits.there is around £6000 in the account. thanks scott

At mine it used to be a general sign on every 2 weeks (5 mins) with a 20 min appointment with my advisor every 6 weeks ! when i signed on on friday i was told i would be seeing my advisor every time i sign on now, so my times will change each fortnight! anyone else?

When you fill in your child tax credit form you have to write in your wages before deductions. I get pension and union fee taken from my wage. Do i put down my wage before these are taken or after?

I have recently had a nervous breakdown and suffer from depression and anxiety, so am on antidepressants, anxiety tablets and tablets for high blood pressure. My dr has advised me that I could be entitled to DLA for my condition and just wondered if anyone with this condition has claimed it?
