Frozen bank account
Hello,can someone tell me how long can be bank account frozen?My account has been frozen since January{crime},the court was in March.Before and after the hearing I've been told:"Don't worry,your bank account is ok now".It's not and no one is able to help me to un-freeze account.Is it legal to keep frozen? I've checked my credit record online and all my previous creditors have now stopped defaulting my ex accounts APART from Barclaycard who search it and default it every month for the past 6 years.
