Help with Attachment Of Earnings Order
brclub
Hello there,
I've just gone into my credit file and things don't look as bleak as I thought they were (a big creditor seems to have dropped off my credit report).
I've got 4 county court judgements but I've just had an attachment of earnings order come in the post today.
What I want to know is can this be challenged (they're wanting £300 per month) and agree a lower amount so I can pay other creditors... or even agree to pay it myself without the order?
It could mean that I now may not have to go BR, instead pay off my debts over 5-10 years if possible.
Thanks.

Have a look at the info in this link and perhaps give NDL a call.

Looks like there could be avenues to get the order suspended or lowered?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
