So I have googled and still no answers! I have lived outside of the UK for 7 years and want to file bankruptcy for a 7,000 credit card debt. Everywhere I look it says that it has to be filed within 3yrs of leaving the UK...so what do you do after 3 years :question: Thank you for any replies :)
