Not sure if anyone can help - we had some debt in the form of an IVA -the IVA practitioner advised that we could satisfy the IVA early by remortgaging. Small victory over MBNA
:beer:I am happy to say that I have had a small victory with MBNA, they have refunded £700 to go back to the OR, so I am really pleased with that. I knew I would not get the refund, but it was the principal of the thing, how they carried on. Better the OR get it than leave it alone.
