Some more advice please! OR interview Monday
my SOA shows a massive deficit if I split all mine and OH's outgoings. He has been fantastic and bails me out with stuff, he isn't rich, but has been a responsible, prudent saver. How will the OR view this? When I have earned any bonuses I have transferred them to him to make up for all the money he has subbed me. My SOA…

Who is it that changes the status of your bankruptcy from currently bankrupt to discharged, wether it be ED or AD. Is it the courts, the case officer at RTLU or the original official receiver?

Hi all, Finally going ahead with the B/R on Monday. I am going to the court at Liverpool, does anyone know if it will all be sorted on the day, or will we have to go back at all? Do I need to take anything other than the forms and copy of rent agreement? Do I need to take payslips at all? I will be glad once it is all over.

Underpayment of Tax
A relative who went BR a couple of years ago, has just been informed that the incorrect tax amount was being taken from their incapacity benefit for the past 6 years. As this would technically become a debt, would the amount prior to their BR date be able to be written off or as its HRMC not?
