benefits and excess
If on our SOA I have £150 of excess, but I get £86 a month child benefit (so if didnt get the CB I would have under £99), do they still take 50% of my excess? so £75? thanks again!

hi, please could anybody tell me if I can include school dinners in SOA even though the children do not get them at the moment (simply cannot afford them, but would do after bankruptcy, eg I have a bit of a surplus)... I have been informed by OR that I will have a nil tax code and to contact the OR when this happens. Question is how long does the nil tax code last for is it until the end of the tax year or can it go on for longer??
