I have now changed the names on the gas and Elec so I can include it in the BR without having to get a pre-pay meter which the landlord was really not happy about! Tax Free?
What exactly did it mean when we stopped paying tax? nobody came after us for any? they did ask us to submit a debt management plan and said we didnt have much to live on, could this by why? We are now discharged, and the tax free period finished in April, but its niggling at the back of my mind.

I went Bankrupt 2 weeks ago, I had 5 Credit Cards with my wife as Additional card holder, My OR said my wife could be responsible for the Debt, Is This Correct ??
