Question on bankcruptcy
My wife and I owen £90k between us, approx £45k is purely in her name. She does not work, is it possible for her to declare herself bankrupt? and how does this affect myself?....would i be liable for her debts as her husband and would the courts allow her to go bankrupt? Any help appreciated
