Just an update to let you know that after having taken Vodafone to CISAS they installed Fibre 2 virtually overnight to avoid me taking further action, having agreed they had mis-sold their services.1 -

Hartwell Finance have confirmed that commission was paid to the dealer but the sale was prior to 6/4/2007. The change in the Consumer Credit Act 2006 (effective 2007) is what caught everyone out. The…1 -
