Santander ATMs in Spain have a contactless pad as part of the machine to do just that, so if the technology exists I guess it might be possible with other ATMs throughout Europe too.1 -

As above, if it's Paypal credit you probably have Section 75 protection, which makes paypal liable as well as the retailer (even if they have gone bust).1 -

If you paid by PayPal credit, have you checked their terms and conditions with regards to a section 75 claim? This is different to buyer protection and the 180 days doesn’t apply. So what PayPal cred…1 -
