If you speak to them, then best to phone at 08.00 sharp when the lines open. Normally then you should get through within 10 mins or so.1 -

It's not just the debt on credit cards that may be taken into account. It can be how high the credit limits are, whether you have an overdraft. Doesn't matter if you aren't using that credit - they …1 -
