I should have said things like P60s should be kept for about 6 years. You can buy inexpensive folders with pockets to keep paperwork in that don't take up much room that would hold all important…1 -

I’ve had a similar issue. Most UK cards I know only let you add additional cardholders if they actually live in the UK and have a UK address, which sucks when you just want someone to make purchases …1
