Did you try to wash it properly, e.g. with washing powder and a hard sponge/brush?If there is some deposit on the surface, bleach doesn't clean anything, just discolours it.1 -

Is the toilet properly descaled? We have one loo that goes a bit brown if I don't keep on top of the descaling. I pour some citric acid down, and leave it to sit overnight before giving it a really g…1 -
