To me it looks like either a shrew or a vole. It's difficult to tell from the picture, but shrews have quite a distinctive long snout. Aside from that, shrews and voles look fairly similar.2 -

Nope Its because their client TCP wishes to pay for the hearing ( same as some other clients like VCS , EXCEL etc. ) The claimant decides, not DCB Legal !1
