I wouldn't bring a drink with me usually (aside from water), but if someone brought an iced coffee to an interview I was conducting I really wouldn't see a problem with it.3 -

If you are interested in doing it ask them who will be covering the other day per week that you currently do. Pretty hard to employ someone one day per week especially if what you do is niche.4
